JFK Terminal One Tour

Be among the select few to explore the New Terminal One, a pivotal $9.5 billion project set to redefine international travel. Hosted by AIA Queens, this tour provides an insider’s look at the construction and planning of what will be JFK’s largest terminal when completed.
Attendees should arrive 30 minutes early at JFK Building 111. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for the tour and will be provided if needed.
The registration deadline for the event is 11:59 PM on February 3, 2025.

Queens DOB Monthly Industry Meeting

Borough-specific Industry sessions are for Registered Design Professionals and Class 2 Coding & Zoning Representatives to discuss policy and business process questions that are not job specific. The meetings will also include a review of recent updates and policy decisions.
Attendees receive 1 CEU. Any questions for the meeting should be submitted at LEAST seven (7) days in advance via email to QueensPER11Appointments@buildings.nyc.gov.
Questions submitted via email must include “Industry Meeting Question” in the subject line.
